Well Wizard Zero PFAS-Free Bladder Pump System Overview
The QED Well Wizard ZERO Bladder Pump System is the industry’s first dedicated bladder pump designed specifically for PFAS sampling.
Regulatory guidance on PFAS sampling recommends or requires groundwater sampling equipment to be manufactured without Teflon or other fluoropolymer components to prevent the leakage and contamination of PFAS into groundwater samples, therefore producing a false positive analytical result.
Addressing the growing PFAS-free groundwater sampling system market, QED has tested and identified materials that are either potential sources of PFAS or manufactured from fluoropolymers to develop alternative materials than meet performance and compatibility for low-flow groundwater sampling program requirements. As a result, the Well Wizard Zero has been developed for use at sites that have PFAS-Free sampling requirements.
The Well Wizard Zero Bladder Pump System is completely free of all fluoropolymers and is tested and certified for PFAS, VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and SVOCs (Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds).The QED Well Wizard Zero is suitable for sampling all organic and inorganic contaminants.
