The TSI Quest Edge 7 is a noise dosimeter designed to protect workers and evaluate engineering controls to ensure safety in high noise level environments. With real-time data on noise exposure and a robust design for enduring tough environments, the Edge 7 is a compact and comprehensive solution for personal noise monitoring.
The Edge 7 Dosimeter allows users to configure features and analysis settings to address user specific needs. Designed to keep monitoring simple and easy for the user, the dosimeter is equipped with a range of convenient features including voice notes, Bluetooth connectivity to the Edge dB mobile app, a pause study function for breaks or changes in location, and more.
Key features of the Edge 7 Dosimeter include:
- 1/1 Octave Band data capture and analysis
- Verbal notation through voice notes
- Ceiling threshold monitoring which counts the number of instances where a preset threshold has been exceeded
- Maximum daily noise exposure indication through a flashing LED
- Optional BLE5 Bluetooth for connection to the Edge dB mobile app
- Automatic recording of noises above a set threshold, allowing the user to easily review time stamped logs
- Pause study function to limit noise data during breaks, location changes and off-site travel and better represent working noise conditions
- Durable, shock resistant and compact design for practical use

The Quest Detection Management Software (DMS) is also available for use with the Edge 7 as a powerful tool for data analysis, identification of trends and more, helping to improve your safety program and keep your workers safe. The DMS program is available on PC.
