The Simtronics GD10P detector has set the standards for combustible gas detection in offshore applications. It has been specifically designed with features that enable the device to excel in areas of safety and stability with minimal maintenance required.
The GD10P IR Point Gas Detector has been designed for use in a wide range of applications including marine rigs, gas turbines and in petrochemical plants, industrial environments, offshore petrochemical installations and more. Utilising silicon based solid-state infrared sources, , the GD10P IR Point Gas Detector offers a robust unit with ultra-fast speed of response whilst providing unparalleled service life and detector stability.
The GD10P Gas Detector can also be utilised with a bridge interface, allowing the detector to be connected directly to catalytic systems, using the existing cabling and control modules.
An industry recognised HART® interface is used for the configuration of the optical fast response time and distinct fault levels, as well as access to the extended maintenance data.
