At Air-Met Scientific, we understand the importance of having your equipment operating safely, accurately and kept in optimal condition. Our Total Care Service Agreements provides our clients with certainty of budget, minimise operational and maintenance costs without comprising on safety and compliance standards.With regular equipment service and maintenance, we can ensure your fleet of instruments are always maintained, calibrated and fully operational.
With over 37 years of experience in servicing and maintaining safety and environmental monitoring equipment, our total care service agreements are flexible and can be customised to suit your needs. Agreements can be tailored to include:
Equipment calibrations Air-Met offers calibrations (standard or NATA) for a range of equipment including fixed and portable gas monitors, air sampling pumps, heat stress monitors and more. All equipment sent into our well-equipped service centres are thoroughly inspected and logged with a comprehensive calibration certificate sent out upon completion. A reminder service is also available to alert you on when your instrument is due for its next calibration or service, taking the hassle out of managing your fleet.
On-site service support We recognise that businesses can be extremely busy at times or simply cannot afford for the equipment to be off-site. Minimise service downtime with our on-site service support. Our experienced and qualified team of service technicians will travel to you to provide on-site service, calibration, maintenance, and equipment management support.
Equipment repairs While our range of equipment are known for their superior quality and robustness, on the rare occasion that your equipment does not work as expected, our qualified service technicians can provide on-site repair services to minimise downtime. Alternatively, you can send them into one of our six service workshops nationwide for repair and maintenance. You can rest assured that all repairs will be performed using genuine accessories and spare parts.
Equipment training Ensure your workers know how to operate and correctly use equipment such as gas detectors, docking stations, dust monitoring stations with Air-Met’s User Training Programs. Our teams can provide initial and refresher equipment training as part of your Total Care Package.
