QuantiFit Mask Fit Tester – Fit Test In Any Environment
Not all fit tests are the same. Not all testing methods produce the same results. Utilising controlled negative pressure, a methodology also covered as part of the RESP-FIT training and accreditation program, the Quantifit provides the most accurate and verifiable fit test for respirators on the market.
Requiring no alcohol solutions, wicks or probes to perform testing, OHD Global’s OSHA-approved Controlled Negative Pressure (CNP) Redon protocol can be completed in under 2 minutes and is not environmentally dependant. In fact, the Quantifit uses air as the challenging agent and can perform a fit test in any environment, including the outdoors.
QuantiCheck – The World’s First Quantitative User Seal Check Device
Traditionally, user seal checks have been performed qualitatively by pressing the hand into the filter, inhaling slightly, and holding a breath to see if the user can detect any leakages to ensure that an adequate seal has been achieved.
Used in conjunction with an approved Fit Test program and complementary to the QuantiFit, the Quanticheck has been designed to be able to quickly and easily perform a qualitative seal check each time a respirator is donned, or if adjustments are needed every time the mask is worn.
The QuantiCheck checks not only the face seal but the whole mask system for breaches or integrity issues that could cause leaks during use, allowing users to go above and beyond the set subjective standards for a user seal check.
