Air-Met Employees granted Additional Leave for Jab

Health and Wellbeing - We want to be a company full of healthy, happy and well-balanced people. We actively encourage and support physical, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual health and wellbeing.
As a company that cares for the health and wellbeing of its employees, Air-Met Scientific has granted one additional day of annual leave for each dose of the COVID-19 vaccine taken by employees. This entitlement is available for all full-time and part-time employees as a THANK YOU for coming forward to get vaccinated.
Rest and Recovery is Important
Sure, taking annual leave might not seem like a priority amidst a global pandemic. With frequent lockdowns and public safety measures we are often confined to our homes. At Air-Met we recognise rest and recovery is important to avoid a burnout as many people are juggling multiple priorities in their personal and work-life. Detaching from work can help boost mental health and reduce stress. By granting two additional days of annual leave, Air-Met encourages all employees to take time off to rest and reset!
