Born and raised in Hoover Alabama, Luke has accrued over 17 years of experience in the safety and health industry, growing up in his family’s safety equipment company in the United States. Having developed a passion for the field, Luke transitioned to OHD in 2006, contributing to the company’s growth as a trusted global supplier and ultimately assuming the role of President in 2020.

As a member of the International Society for Respiratory Protection (ISRP) and a RESP-FIT Accredited Fit Tester in QNFT-CNP, Luke is highly knowledgeable in fit testing and strives to push the boundaries of the field through innovative new technologies that help bring safety for workers to new heights.

Stephanie Lynch

Stephanie Lynch
Senior Technology and Research Manager at OHD

As the Senior Technology and Research Manager for OHD LLLP in Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Lynch oversees research projects, assists local, national, and international associations, and conducts both internal and external training on occupational hygiene.

With 20 years of experience in the industry, Dr. Lynch is a highly proficient researcher with extensive expertise in respirator fit testing, air quality monitoring, noise exposure and monitoring, and ergonomics. By leveraging her specialised knowledge, Dr. Lynch dedicates her efforts to invigorating and expanding research, forging valuable partnerships with regulatory agencies, driving innovation in new product development, and actively supporting the advancement of occupational health and safety on a global scale.

Hunter Strickler

Hunter Strickler
Vice President of Business Development at OHD

Bringing over 12 years’ experience in workplace health and safety, Hunter is a Birmingham native who currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at OHD. Prior to joining the company, Hunter co-founded and led two technology startups including Visify, a leading provider of online training and compliance solutions for the commercial transportation industry. He later served as Director of Venture Operations for the Birmingham-based Harmony Venture Labs, a venture studio for B2B software startups.

During his time at OHD, Hunter has worked together with the team developing new software applications such as the Logic Cloud and OHD Academy to simplify compliance and assist with certification training. Outside of work, Hunter is an avid sports fan and can be found coaching his two daughters or cheering on his alma mater, the University of Alabama.
