Narda Introduces the Extended Frequency Range 6 GHz E-Field Antenna

The Narda SRM-3006 is a popular instrument in Australia for the selective measurement of high frequency electromagnetic fields. Commonly used in telecommunication, Narda has now announced the release of the compatible P/N 3502/02 6 GHz triaxial antenna. This new release extends on the frequency range of its predecessor, the P/N 3502/01, allowing for measurements from 200 MHz to 6 GHz. With the expanded frequency range, this antenna will increase the versatility of your SRM-3006’s measurements, allowing you to make the most of your unit. The P/N 3502/02 antenna is also available with an accredited (DAkkS) calibration if required.

For owners of the previous 6 GHz antenna, a one-time calibration from the manufacturer is available to permanently extend the frequency range from 420 MHz to 6 GHz to the new 200 MHz to 6 GHz expanded range, ensuring that they can also benefit from the upgrade. This calibration can be arranged through Air-Met Scientific.
