COVID-19 Nunawading Melbourne Office Update

We know that these are uncertain and anxious times for all Victorians. As Victoria enters a snap lockdown for seven days to curb the state's growing coronavirus outbreak.We will continue to work hard to ensure minimal disruption to your business while serving you in the safest possible way.

Following the updated restrictions as announced by the Victorian Government for metropolitan Melbourne, we are pleased to announce that Air-Met Scientific’s head office in Nunawading will be open as usual, however, additional COVID safety measures will be in place from Friday 28th May to ensure the safety of our team, our customers and the community.

What This Means For Our Customers

Unless advised of any further restrictions, Air-Met’s head office will continue to operate from 7am to 5pm. There will be no disruptions to order dispatch, equipment service, and rental equipment hire.

Here are some changes you can expect:

• The wearing of masks and social distancing is mandatory for all staff who are required to work in our Melbourne office.
• The use of virtual communication channels for all team and customer meetings is encouraged. Visitors will not be allowed into the office except for contactless equipment pickups and drop-offs.
• All service and rental equipment pickups and drop-offs will be thoroughly sanitised and contactless.
• All non-essential work-related travel has been suspended.
• Best-practise hygiene including the wearing of mask, gloves, social distancing, regular workplace sanitisation and hygiene is being practised by all employees who continue to serve our customers.
• Room capacity density limits apply.
• QR code sign-in will be required for anyone entering the building.

It is important that you do not visit any Air-Met office for equipment dropoff or pick up if you are feeling unwell, should be in mandatory isolation or have been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case.

Our WA, NSW, QLD and SA offices will be unaffected and operate as usual with relevant COVID safety practices in place. Air-Met Scientific will provide further updates should there be any changes. We will continue to monitor and operate in accordance with all Australian Government advice and we thank you for working together with us on this important health issue.
