An Important Message for our NSW Customers
Air-Met Scientific was informed on Sunday, 22nd August 2021 that a confirmed case of Coronavirus (COVID-19) was present at our NSW Artarmon office for collection of rental equipment at the following time:
Date: Friday 20th August 2021
Time: arrived approximately at 11:20 am, left at 11:30 am
The case has been deemed low risk and Air-Met Scientific was informed that we were not required to close due to the duration the case spent at the premises by NSW Health.
Additional Precautionary Measures
We have some additional precautionary measures in place to ensure the health and safety of our customers, team and the community.
Temporary closure of the office on Monday (23rd August)
Conduct a deep clean
Request that all staff return a negative COVID-19 test result prior to returning to the office
Only one team member was considered a close contact to this customer and has already returned a negative COVID-19 test result. All other Air-Met team members who were present on Friday have also returned a negative result and a deep clean will be conducted on Tuesday morning (24/08).
Our office will re-open for business from Tuesday 24th August 2021 at 11 am.
We will Ensure Minimal Disruptions to Our Customers
As an essential service, we have remained diligent with our strict standard of cleaning and increased COVID-19 measures to ensure that we minimise disruptions in our offices and to our customers.
The wellbeing of our customers, team and communities remains our highest priority and in line with the public health advice, we are taking all necessary steps to ensure ongoing safety in our office.
