Originally founded in 2021, DustCanary is a manufacturer of advanced, wearable, real-time dust monitors and a division of Air-Met Scientific since their acquisition in 2024. Established to improve respiratory health for workers through monitoring on a day-to-day basis, DustCanary’s real-time monitoring solutions are designed as a practical solution that complement periodic compliance sampling to maximise safety onsite.
DustCanary’s light-weight wearable dust monitors utilise breakthrough low impedance air sampling technology, developed by the UK Defence Science Technology laboratory (Dstl) in partnership with the University of Hertfordshire.
